What is Neurofeedback?
Traditional Neurofeedback is a direct training method that involves monitoring the brain in real-time while using audio and visual operant conditioning to help “re-train” brain function.
LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a specialized form of neurofeedback that operates significantly faster than traditional neurofeedback. Designed for individuals who may have difficulty sitting still, LENS requires no active participation—there’s nothing to learn or focus on. Sessions are quick, typically lasting just 3-4 minutes, making it an ideal solution for those who struggle with prolonged attention on a computer screen.
Using small sensors placed on the scalp, we capture brainwave activity and process it through advanced software. This system analyzes the client’s unique brainwave frequencies and, through a patented process, provides feedback directly to the brain via the sensors. The result? A noticeable reduction or resolution of symptoms that may have previously impacted quality of life.
Each person’s brainwave activity is unique and constantly changing. LENS adapts to these fluctuations in real-time, tailoring feedback to match the individual’s neurological profile. The software identifies the Dominant Frequency—the strongest brainwave signal at any given moment—and mirrors that information back to the brain. Essentially, the brain receives a reflection of its own activity, allowing it to self-regulate more effectively.
LENS monitors brainwave frequencies from 1 to 42 Hz, disregarding higher frequencies. This precise tracking enables the system to work efficiently while promoting optimal brain function and well-being.
What are the benefits of the LENS?
LENS sessions are brief (3-5 minutes) and gentle, with most clients feeling little to no sensation during the process. The improvements achieved through LENS are typically long-lasting. However, certain conditions may require ongoing sessions to maintain benefits.
Supporting Central Nervous System Health
LENS is highly effective in addressing a wide range of Central Nervous System (CNS) dysfunctions, which can impact the body’s ability to self-regulate. It has been used to alleviate symptoms related to:
✅ Anxiety & Depression
✅ Attention Deficits & Behavior Disorders
✅ Sleep Disorders
✅ Headaches & Migraines
✅ PMS & Emotional Disturbances
Why Choose LENS?
LENS offers a quicker path to success compared to traditional neurofeedback, with most clients experiencing significant improvements in as few as 9 to 11 sessions on average.
Unlike traditional neurofeedback, LENS sessions are:
✔ Effortless – No need for conscious focus or interaction with stimuli.
✔ Quick – Sessions typically last just a few seconds to a few minutes each.
✔ Efficient – Most clients achieve optimal results within approximately 11 sessions when attended weekly.
With its fast-acting approach and minimal time commitment, LENS is an effective, hassle-free way to support brain health and well-being.
