It has been a wonderful trip overall. We had our 2nd treatment, and again, the EmCell team couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. I ended up getting very sick immediately before treatment, and we think it's related to the travel/stress/exhaustion....I couldn't not have received better healthcare anywhere. I was in very good hands! I had 3 physicians and 3 nurses with me at nearly all times. Doug did, as well. Oh, he's had the time of his life! And has already experienced positive effects! Where's my luggage?!?! If someone from Nashville could kindly bring me a toothbrush and some deodorant to Kiev, that would be awesome! :) Well, at least we made it here. A couple of minor bumps, and traveling in the same clothing for 24+ hours and then having to wear them again is a little "icky" for me but, hey, it's all relative....I'm very thankful, actually.
