Just had another bone density done Wednesday and for the first time in my life, the bone density is normal. Yay me. Normally our bone density decreases after menopause. I have increased to normal. The only thing that I can fathom that has reversed my osteopenia is the addition of a magnesium supplement to my diet for the past year and a half. I also say Yay for Carolyn Dean and the "Magnesium Miracle". The report read "statistically significant increase in bone density". I am doing the happy dance.
